Summer Camp Enrollment Form - 2008

To enroll in a MSC Fencing Camp - fill out the form below and click the "Submit" button at the bottom. It is a two part process so you are then placed on the payment page and are asked to click one of two buttons which transfers you to PayPal. It is a secure site for your safety. We will be notified of the transaction and then notify you that we received your registration. We are looking forward to meeting you at the Minnesota Sword Club.
