Enrollment & How We Operates

We schedule classes and practice times just like other schools. Your fee is for a membership over three months or a year. The classes are free to members so you may take as many as you want. The only exceptions are for the 6 to 8 year old fencers, once a week, and the Medieval Sword Fighting Classe, twice a week. Fencers can attend any class or practice without preregistering, just come. Your fees includes classes, practice time, the facilities use and for new fencers the use of basic fencing equipment for the first three months. Individual lessons are not included, but can be scheduled with a coach.

Most individuals join us for three months from the date of enrollment. If you started Sept. 5 the period would end and restart on Dec. 5. To continue at the end of the period, just mail us a check after being billed or we can electronically charge your account. If you wish not to continue just return the bill with a brief note so that we may discontinue your membership. Some people ask about the contract many athletic clubs have. We do not have any. The same is for hidden costs. There aren’t any. We are here just to teach a fun, mind and body developing sport, fencing. A sport that we love.

How to Enroll

You may preregister by filling in the form below and clicking on the "submit" button at the bottom of the page. Then you would pay with a credit card through PayPal. It is easiest when you preregister since we then have everything set-up when you arrive. Preregistration vastly shortens your enrollment time the first day. This should be done at least one day prior to starting to be effective. The second way to register is by coming to the Minnesota Sword Club 15 to 20 minutes before the class starts and enrolling.

Enrollment is a two part process. First fill in the form below with the information we need. As soon as you click "Submit" the form is sent to us and you are placed on the payment page. This page transfers you to PayPal to complete the enrollment.We use PayPal because it is a secure site for your safety. PayPal immediately notifies both you and us of your payment and you are recorded in our computer. If you do not want to use PayPal please write in the last part of the Registration Form and tell us that you will send a check or will pay when you arrive.
